YourToken: Loyalty & Rewards (“the App”) provides customer loyalty programs, discount-based promotions, and merchandising tools (“the Service”) to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
APIs Used:
Admin GraphQL API – Used to query, create, update, and delete discounts, customers, products, collections, and events to facilitate loyalty and rewards operations.
Storefront API – Enables the app frontend to retrieve product and collection details, and handle cart interactions necessary for loyalty redemptions and personalized offers.
AJAX API – Used to fetch product recommendations and update cart data dynamically based on ongoing campaigns or loyalty tiers.
Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:
Information about merchants and users who access the App on behalf of the store, such as your name, business address, email address, phone number, and billing information.
Information about individuals who visit your store including IP address, browser and device details, time zone, and cookies present on their device.
Loyalty Program Registration Data: When customers sign up for your loyalty program powered by YourToken, we may collect their name, email address, and information on loyalty activities (e.g., earned points, redemption history).
Activity Preferences and Purchase History: Preferences such as favorite categories, time spent on loyalty offers, and orders associated with earning or redeeming points.
We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies:

Log files – Track actions occurring on the site, including IP address, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
Web beacons, tags, and pixels – Used to understand how users navigate and engage with the App.
No other tracking technologies are used beyond cookies, logs, and pixels.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to:

We share your Personal Information with:
Employees, contractors, consultants, and third-party service providers (e.g., marketers, customer support, hosting and infrastructure platforms, and analytics services) to provide or improve our services.
